Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
- Your email address — to create your account and sign you in (via magic link).
- The audio you upload and the masters we generate — to provide the service.
- Basic usage records — jobs you run, credit balance and transactions.
- Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, but we never see or store your card details.
2. How we use it
We use your data solely to run the service: to authenticate you, master your tracks, let you download results, manage your credits, and process payments. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your music to train models or for any purpose other than delivering the master you asked for.
3. How long we keep it
- Uploaded tracks and finished masters are automatically deleted after 7 days. Please download promptly.
- Account and email are kept until you ask us to delete your account.
- Transaction records may be retained longer where required for accounting or legal reasons.
4. Who processes your data
We use trusted providers ("processors") to run the service. Your data may be processed by:

Some of these providers operate servers in the United States, so your data may be transferred and processed there under appropriate safeguards.
5. Your rights
If you're in the EU/EEA (or a similar regime), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, use our contact form and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
6. Cookies
We use only what's needed to keep you signed in (a session token from our login provider). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Security
We use reputable providers and standard measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep uploads short-lived and payment data out of our hands entirely.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
